1. Introduction

Welcome to Omniflow. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services, including our website, applications, and any other interactions with us. By using Omniflow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Google user data

If you choose to sign in or connect with Google, Omniflow accesses Google user data only as needed to provide authentication and account features described below. This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for purposes of the Google API Services User Data Policy and OAuth app verification.

Data accessed

Depending on your sign-in configuration and the permissions you grant, we may receive Google user data such as: your Google account subject identifier (OpenID Connect sub), email address, name, profile picture URL, and email verification status. We request only the scopes necessary to operate Sign in with Google (for example, OpenID Connect, email, and profile) unless you separately enable a feature that requires additional Google access. We do not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar data through Sign in with Google unless such access is explicitly offered in the product and you have authorized that separate connection.

Data usage

We use Google user data received through OAuth to create and secure your Omniflow account, authenticate you on each visit, display your name and profile image where the product shows account identity, and associate your activity with the correct workspace. We process this information to provide, maintain, and improve our services and to protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising profiling. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Data sharing

Google user data may be processed by subprocessors that help us run the service, such as our identity and authentication provider (for example, AWS Cognito or comparable services used to complete sign-in with Google) and cloud infrastructure providers. These parties are permitted to use the data only to provide services to us and are contractually required to protect it. We may also share information when required by law or to protect rights and safety, as described elsewhere in this policy. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Data storage and protection

Google-derived account identifiers and profile fields we store are protected using industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit for connections to our services, and secure storage within our cloud environment. Access is limited to personnel and systems that need it to operate the service.

Data retention and deletion

We retain Google-derived account data for as long as your Omniflow account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal data, including data obtained via Google sign-in, by contacting us at the email address in the Contact Us section below. We will respond in line with applicable law and will delete or anonymize information where required, subject to legitimate retention needs (for example, security logs or legal holds).
